Making A Purchase

Browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart by clicking on "Add to basket" . After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard on line and you may also pay by cash or card when we complete installations at your home.. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. . You may send your credit card information using our secure website and we do not ever see your credit card number we simply receive an authorisation from your bank.

Shipping And Handling

We use DPD couriers for Ireland with free shipping available (free shipping value calculated in the chekout).

Delivery Schedule

Any stock orders placed before 1.00 pm weekdays are usually shipped the same day.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by our Payment provider who act on behalf of the credit card companies. We do not obtain or store your credit card details They are not held in clear text on any web site. We use the latest 3D secure methods as recommended by the credit card companies for your security.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed for parts and labout for 12 months from purchase date on a return basis . If we install at your house or premises we will return to rectify the issue.

Returns Policy

All our products are covered by a one year limited warranty. Please contact us first in the unlikely event that you have a problem and possibly need to return your purchase.

If you have a problem outside the warranty period please do contact us and we will do our best to help.

Distance selling

Your purchase is protected by EU and Irish distance selling regulations which means you can return goods by post or courier in their original condition and original packaging after notifying us by email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order.
No refund will be made by us until goods are received in original condition and packaging.

If you find you have mistakenly bought the wrong product please contact us right away and we will do our best to help, you may be asked to pay a re stocking charge of 30% outside of the 14 day period.

While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in “as new” condition and returned in their original and undamaged packaging.

We regret we cannot accept responsibility for return shipping costs.

A fee may apply, where the item(s) returned have diminished in value through handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect the features and characteristics of the item(s).

In the case of products installed by us cancellation will not be accepted if the provision of installation services has already begun with your agreement.
