What do I need to get Freesat and RTE on one box ?

There are a few different scenarios that may apply to you in when considering your options for Freesat and RTe Saorview


If you do not have a dish or aerial already and you want to watch RTE digital as well as the UK freesat channels (including HD) you need a complete system including standard installation

If you already have a working satellite dish pointed at the Sky (Astra 2) satellite then all you need is a is a set top box . You may need an aerial for the RTE Saorview service

As Freesat is a UK based service, RTE and other Irish based TV stations are not available on free satellite unfortunately. They are however available in digital format using a small aerial and a combo box ,if you already have a satellite dish please click here , if you do not have a satellite dish please click here
