Hi Tony,

Further to researching Freesat technology and looking at various service providers, I bought the Grundig Freesat from you. From supplying information, competitive pricing, delivery and aftercare service I can only recommend your company. I only wish that others would follow your example.

For anyone who has a Sky box with monthly fees with millions of home shopping channels, and a poor service, please STOP. Freesat is excellent, quality is perfect, selection of stations is fantastic, and films are not repeated every night for a week. Really is a great system.

I'm delighted with the install. In particular with Jarek as well as getting everything working well, he was exceptionally neat and took great care with the aesthetics to leave our period house looking as good as possible.

Just a quick note to say that I am delighted with the work that the lads did yesterday. They were efficient, on time and very helpful. Additionally they made a very tidy job of the cabling making sure it was all fixed correctly to the eaves etc.
Both installations work a treat. I was even able to watch the Celtic away game last night on BBC 2 Scotland.

I should like to thank you for your prompt and efficient service. Especially, however, I should like to thank your two members of staff who carried out the work. They are the best advertisement for your company that you could have. They were pleasant and courteous, were completely on top of the technical aspects of what they were doing and took time to explain difficult points to me. Above all, however, they did a superb job, taking care to choose the best and neatest route for the new cabling, even though there were easier but less satisfactory routes that they could have chosen. Tony arrived on time, was very helpful in locating the dish in the optimum location and installed the brackets and cabling exceptionally neatly. In addition Tony reviewed our plans for multi room viewing and made a recommendation that was better, neater and cheaper than our planned system. For anyone looking for a satellite installer I would whole heartedly recommend satellite.ie.

Hi Tony,

Just a quick email as I didn't get a chance to return your call from the other evening, apologies, I was away with work again. Nixon installed the dish and was an absolute gem, he'd texted me the day before to confirm a time, called me before coming to ensure we were still on, I couldn't be happier with such service.

As far as the equipment goes, I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but I hope to have some time this weekend to get familiar with it! To be fair, it looks very straightforward and user friendly, and the instruction booklet no doubt will help.

The picture is a huge improvement over our old cable system, I could actually see the ball during the match last night! I should have got a satellite system sooner!

Trust you are well. Nixon popped in last Monday to put a connector on the extra cable and connected up the plug adapter. I wasn't expecting that at all. I'm pretty amazed at your service, you must be one of the few remaining businesses that look after their customers. As previously mentioned, I'm delighted with the system, and would have no hesitation in recommending both Nixon and yourself.
I'll get you guys back when I upgrade to a motorised dish :)

thanks a mill for the DIY sat system, straight forward to install. Setting up the dish wasn't to tricky, we found Astra 1 and thought we were in luck !. Astra 2 just a little more east..all sorted.
